  The gentleman I talked to at the Carrollton location did not apparently know what he was talking about kept changing stories said it was free delivery online then he tells me it's $81 to deliver from online and $45 to hook up $25 to dispose I told him twice I didn't need anything disposed he told me he would charged me $115 for delivery when I told him I did not want to be charged that I went online and it said free delivery he will not honor it I was looking at another refrigerator it was a Samsung and he treated me like I didn't know how to read what model was and walked up to me and said well that's Samsung when I was looking around for Kenmore I was actually looking at different refrigerators but I was looking particularly at a Kenmore range and a Kenmore refrigerator that was advertised as clearance I just didn't like his attitude I had to ask him to give me some details if I purchase something and he's like well I don't know what you want just bet experience
